  • Beginner Pilates – beginner menopause-friendly mat classes to build strength, posture and calm (new classes starting Weds 7:30pm)

  • Pausa Presents Events – joyful, themed events like our 80s Pilates Retro Rewind

  • 1:1s in your home – fully tailored movement for your body, your energy, your space

  • Workshops – hands-on sessions like Balls, Bands & Blocks or Strong Foundations (coming soon)
