Do I need experience?
Not at all. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned mover, there’s space for you here.
I’m not flexible at all. Is that OK?
Absolutely. Pilates is about control, not contortion. We start from where you are.
What should I wear/bring?
Comfy clothes you can move in. Bring a mat if you have one, or use one of ours. Water is always a good shout.
What if I have an injury or specific concern?
Let me know when or before you join and I’ll help guide you to the right class or modification.
