Not at all. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned mover, there’s space for you here.

Can this help with menopause symptoms?

Yes! Regular Pilates can help ease fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, anxiety, and more. Movement really is medicine.

What should I wear/bring?

Comfy clothes you can move in. Bring a mat if you have one, or use one of ours. Water is always a good shout.

 Is this just for women?

Our focus is on supporting women through menopause, but all bodies are welcome.
