What to expect / Class format

Break out the neon and get ready to feel the burn - Pausa style. This higher-energy than normal class is set to the best of the 80s and includes your own limited-edition Pausa Presents vest, and that signature feel-good buzz.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make a session and there is another available session with space, we will offer you a make up class. Otherwise your session will be forfeit.
