Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or already know your roll-ups from your side bends, these classes bring it back to the essentials with a little Pausa magic.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make a session and there is another available session with space, we will offer you a make up class. Otherwise your session will be forfeit.
