What to expect / Class format

Want Pilates that meets you exactly where you are—literally? I offer personalised 1:1 sessions in your home. Complete with a consultation and plenty of movement made for you, these are perfect if you don't want to join a group or would like a more tailored approach.

Cancellation Policy

If you ae unable to make a session and there is another available session with space, we will offer you a make up class. Otherwise your session will be forfeit.
