Menopause Support in Brighton: Q&A, Movement and Meditation at Saltdean Lido

If you’re starting 2026 feeling foggy, stiff, wired at 3am or just not quite yourself, you’re not broken, and you’re definitely not alone.

What you might be? Perimenopausal. Menopausal. Postmenopausal. Or somewhere in between with no roadmap and even fewer answers.

And even if you’ve got the HRT patch, the magnesium spray, and a podcast queue full of hormone talk - you still might be thinking: Why didn’t anyone tell me about this part?

That’s exactly why we’re kicking off February with a Pausa Menopause Workshop, to move, talk, learn and start feeling more in control.

You’re Living the Symptoms -Even If You Don’t Call It Menopause (Yet)

Let’s be clear: menopause is more than hot flushes. It can look like:

  • Waking up drenched or anxious

  • Snapping at people you love (and feeling flat right after)

  • Aches, stiffness, joint pain

  • Forgetting the end of your own sentence (or name!)

  • Zero interest in sex or pain when you try

  • Feeling like your body just doesn’t belong to you anymore

These shifts are real. And they’re hormonal. You’re not losing it, your body’s adapting. But no one gave you a guidebook.

That’s why we teamed up with Dr Ginny Ponsford and The Women’s Hormone Clinic for our recent blog series to break it all down. No fluff. Just real talk and proper answers.

This Menopause Support Workshop Goes Deeper

On 1st February, we’re bringing Dr Ginny live to Brighton for a proper sit-down, face-to-face Q&A. No slides. No scripts. Just honest answers to the questions you really want to ask:

  • “Is this menopause or just stress?”

  • “Do I need to be on HRT?”

  • “Why do I feel like a different person?”

There are no silly questions. No medical gatekeeping. Just smart, supportive guidance from someone who gets it.

What’s Included

  • A no-nonsense session and Q&A with menopause specialist Dr Ginny Ponsford (The Women’s Hormone Clinic)

Practical guidance on symptoms, HRT, lifestyle support, and how to get the care you deserve

  • Feel-good Pilates movement tailored for midlife bodies

Gentle, energising, and accessible to all levels - no experience needed

  • A guided meditation to help you rest, reset and reconnect

Leave feeling grounded, calmer, and more like yourself

Movement & Meditation That Actually Help

You’ll also be guided through a session built for midlife bodies - gentle but effective, and designed to help you ease out of the stiffness and tension that’s been holding you back even if you didn’t realise it.

This isn’t about pushing through. It’s about finding movement that works with your body and then finish with a chance to reset your nervous system with calming, guided meditation.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or just feeling out of shape, this session meets you where you are.
